The American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians (ASPT) is an educational and certification organization that certifies health-care professionals in Phlebotomy, EKG, Patient Care Technician, and Medical Assistant. Their certifications are approved in the USA and internationally. They require six hours of continuing education yearly to maintain the certification.
